MDAC
You need to download MDAC 2.7 or 2.6 RTM from http://www.microsoft.com/data/download.htm and install it. It contains the ODBC/OLE DB framework and drivers.
As per requirements document, please do note that ODBC/OLE DB is required for all 8.xx and 9.xx versions. All recent versions of Windows should have it built-in already.
